Series of Virtual Events
At Sparkview, we believe that diverse and inclusive teams drive creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving. We are committed to advancing representation and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us.
If you are currently pursuing any degree in Australia, or are a recently graduated professional, join us for Skills for Success! This program is a series of four informal virtual skill-building sessions designed for individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.* You will have the opportunity to learn more about Sparkview, connect with members of our team who are championing diversity and inclusion, and gain valuable skills to help you on your professional journey.
To sign up for any of these sessions, you will be asked to submit your CV. This is for tracking purposes only. Don’t worry if your CV isn’t job-ready—this program is separate from a job application! You’ll learn how to improve these skills throughout the series and can always update your CV later. You only need to apply once to receive information on all the sessions in the series. While we encourage participation in all sessions, if you are unable to attend each one, don’t worry—you’ll still benefit from the program. You can apply at any point during the series to receive updates on upcoming sessions. For those interested in joining the full program, please apply by October 15, 2024. To join later in the series, the final deadline is November 3, 2024.
*This program is designed for individuals with diverse backgrounds, which may include, but is not limited to, being the first generation in your family to attend university, receiving a scholarship based on financial need, or growing up in a low-income household. Skills for Success is one of many initiatives at Sparkview aimed at fostering inclusion and helping individuals learn more about our company and the opportunities we offer.
This revision reflects Sparkview’s commitment to diversity and inclusion while maintaining the structure and intent of the original program. Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!
